Brief descriptions of EHO Logo, slogan and statement for use in the Miami Valley, Ohio
When advertising real estate, rentals, auctions, lending for real estate, or nearly any transaction related to the sale, rental, financing and lease of property, the Equal Housing Opportunity (EHO) logo is the most commonly used symbol in display advertising. The use of this symbol * indicates one does not discriminate. This supports the spirit of Fair Housing. The EHO slogan or an EHO nondiscrimination clause is appropriate too. See below for specifics.

Sample EHO Nondiscrimination statement:
Since the Miami Valley is in Ohio, a state that adds ancestry and military status to the federally protected classes, these additional protected classes have been included in the sample above.
Add sexual orientation if in Yellow Springs.
Add age, marital status, sexual orientation and gender identity if in the city of Dayton.
Check your local jurisdiction for any additional protected classes.
